I purchased what was suppose to be a "3D" bear blanket, not even close to "3D." I will NEVER purchase from this company again. DISHONEST TO CONSUMERS FOR $$$, DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Beware Vivanchor sell scam products! Whatever you do don’t order those 3D blankets. You’ll pay for an overpriced 3D print flat cheaply put together cut off a role blanket. Will never use Vivanchor again.

They helped me to receive my order after it was lost in transit, or delivered to the wrong address.

I ordered the exfoliating glove/mitt and was extremely disappointed. It looks totally different than the ads. It's a flat piece of rubber that doesn't do a thing. In the ads it shows raised scrubber points. After receiving it. It appears to me to be a scam. Do not buy this product, you will be disappointed.

Although I wasn’t happy with the item I received I was extremely happy with the response I received from Vivanchor in sorting my refund out for me quickly. Julia from their team acted immediately for me which I appreciate immensely. I’d have no problem ordering from Vivanchor again in the future. My refund arrived within 2 days to my account making me very happy. Thanks again Julia. You’re a credit to the company.

Even though I did not get my product and it was supposedly delivered. Julia refunded me and she did it quickly. Thank you for the great customer service, maybe next time though I will get the product. Debbe
