I'm disappointed I am leaving this review as I had high hopes and was excited to purchase Viture Luma Ultras. I went onto Amazon, built my package and got a price of nearly £930.00 for the glasses, neckband, dock and glasses cover. Going onto Viture's website, I get a price including shipping of £735.50. A huge difference. It appears that Viture are changing UK customers more than US. Very disappointed in Viture and I am now considering looking at purchasing a different brand. I know Viture will respond to this feedback and say there is vat, duties and excise. The only charges added would be VAT at 20% which would still render the cost less than what the prices are in the UK Overall disappointed. I would expect better from Viture.

Hallo ich hatte die VITURE one Pro und die Luma Pro Brille beide habe ich zwei Wochen getestet . Ich muss sagen beide Brillen waren dass Geld nicht Wert.Das Bild läuft nach rechts weg die Brillen Gläser Rammen sind wie im mittel alter gefertigt ich kann die Brille nicht empfehlen. Ordered mid Sept 2025. Still not received the product. Beware they shipped from China. If the online info is correct it 2 weeks went by before anything was done to fulfill the order. I question whether anything was shipped at all. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. The shopping times on their site is a lie. Buyer beware.

I wish I could write a review on the glasses, but I can't. I just got the package, and there are no glasses inside. I tried to ask if anyone had experience it before on Reddit, and it got deleted.

Purchased Luma Pro. They are terrible to a point mine arrived a week ago a weld near the left rgb let go and the usb connector is so flawed it disconnects and have to reset so many times it's crazy. I contacted customer service and now I know they are overseas with customer service wants you to keep the broken glasses and throw 20.00 bucks at you for a neckband that you can get for cheaper. Oh ya even leave a negative review on there site with a picture and you can get another 30.00 hence they are a really bad overseas company. Terrible returning.

Viture unfortunate you guys might think you have the best product and price. I rather pay higher price for a different brand because your useless process of Delivery company like Imile, which i have not received mine yet for so long, its easy for you to take payments from customer but with refund you Delay and excuses. you will loose more customer that's for sure....ooh im one of them, Good luck all buyers out there.

I ordered the glasses on Amazon because of the good reviews. I also ordered accessories for 400EUR on the supplier's website. The glasses have a great picture despite FullHD and are very bright but very blurry at the edges, despite the setting. OK for movies but not if you want to work on the PC with them. Surely many of the Youtube and Amazon reviews are also bought. Amazon order I send back no problem. Paypal case reported because of the website order and forgot to activate buyer protection. Now 400EUR are gone and I have not received a package even after more than a month!!!! I call that fraud!

Bought the viture glasses with the neckband. First it keeps disconnecting from my top of the line wifi showing a weak signal although I'm right by it. Their native web browser won't connect to ANY website and all I get is an error. Plus you can't download anything Google related due to unchangeable security settings. Waiting on emails I've sent but from online reviews they don't answer them. I'll be returning them
