Worst experience. Hear me first, I had put so much truest into the glasses hearing good thing about it but those review never mention the truth. The glasses have any defects the stand out.I'll mention a few, One of them being the over heating makes it hard to enjoy and inmerce your self in the experience. Second its has many connecting issues, dont get me wrong it work with Chromebook,pc ig never had one, but when it come to people who dont have much to waste on expensive stuff, in most cases only have a phone. I have the "viture beast glasses" everything has working fine as in the first 2Months no issue besides the horrible heat from the glasses, but i had wanted to use then with my phone since i had only used them with my school schromebook. To try and play my video games on my phone but then thats when the viture glasses started action wierd not wanting to connect and the touch display only showed after disconnecting/unpluging the glasses from the phone. After trying to figure whats wrong what did i do wrong the glasses just stoped working even with my school Chromebook(i took care of the glasses to the point of berly taking them out of the case js for when i wanted to see a cool video on them), i cryed seen as a dream of having something nice left my mind and it not the phone for sure, Since i have A S23Ultra being able to be compatible with this glasses, I leave my review here hoping to help one fall in the same mistake I did. I'm a Teen the grew up with one mother I know how important it is to get something important believing it a good purchase knowing hard worked money was put into it and getting clowed at the end for not getting thi reliable product. I ordered on their website and sent them 5 min later a cancellation mail. There is no possibility to cancel the order on the website. It was stated in the confirmation mail that in order to cancel you have to send them a mail which i did. After 1 days of no response they sent me anyway the glasses. They offered me a refund for the glasses and the return costs, but im still stuck with the import taxes. Why would i sent the product back if i have to pay +100dollar in import taxes which they dont reimburse? They ignored my cancellation mail completely and im stuck with the taxes. Im not happy with how Customer service handled this at all.

Instructions are lousy. Doesn’t work with my computer to provide multiple Monitors which is what I bought it for and tech support basically said “yeah, oh well, not supported”. I basically have little use for these glasses.

Let me explain, briefly: your products do not work on my iPhone. I have read blogs to counter some of the inefficiencies of your product but it’s effectively useless and failing to dispose of it, it lies on my desk without being used. I can neither travel with it nor use it for work.

Received the package. Didn't like it. Customer service told me I couldnt return it. That's the worst service I ever received. Won't recommend.

UPDATE! AFTER VITURE'S RESPONSE HERE ON Trustpilot, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. WHAT’S MORE, WHEN I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD PROMISED TO HELP ME ON Trustpilot, THEY DIDN’T RESPOND. The support team is polite, but they're no help at all; they're not interested in helping users. I bought a pair of VITURE x Cyberpunk glasses, but I haven't used them at all. I took them out of the box and they didn’t work. I contacted customer support, and they suggested steps to fix the issue. I did everything they said, but nothing helped. They agreed to replace my glasses with a new pair. I sent them my defective glasses. And I waited for a package from them. But when I received the package, it was empty. I don’t know if they did it on purpose or not, but I never received the replacement. I was left with no money, without my defective glasses, and without a replacement. After that, they stopped responding to me. So be warned: if you buy VITURE Cyberpunk, you won’t receive proper warranty service.
