Pre-ordered the Luma Ultra glasses. Shipping tool awhile but had updates every couple of days at least. The product itself is amazing with very clear optics once you adjust them and very syable sensors. The one drawback was a manufacturing defect that caused two sets of them to crack at the hinge. Viture customer service was great about arranging for free exchanges to make it right though.

Thank you so much for the kind and detailed review, Nick! We're really glad to hear you're enjoying the Luma Ultra's optics and sensors, and that our team was able to take care of the exchanges for you. We're also sorry about the hinge issue on those earlier units — your feedback has already been passed along to our product and quality team so we can keep improving the design. Thank you for sticking with VITURE through this, we truly appreciate it!

I had an issue with my Viture Pro XR glasses that I bought a couple of years ago. It turned out to be a problem that couldn't be fixed and even though it was out of the warranty period, Viture still issued me a 20% refund on the Virure Beast glasses that I had already purchased and was just waiting on delivery. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Viture and in particular, Claudia, the representative who was handling my case. I was always responded to in a prompt and courteous manner and Claudia went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. So, not only was the customer service top notch, but I received my Beast order, and I am thoroughly enjoying them. A great product and customer service that truly cares about the customer? That's what sets them above their completion and has earned them a loyal customer going forward. Thank you Viture, and thank you, Claudia!

Great product! But what prompted me to write this review was the great service. My headset broke after an update (I don't know why, something to do with firmware). Usually I'd accept that that's the end of it and I'll get nothing. But I submitted a support ticket with Viture and they were super helpful. They tried to fix the problem remotely with me but that didn't work, so they organised a complete replacement. Very happy with everyone who worked on the issue :)

I got them early on through a Kickstarter I believe (or when they raised their own fund). And I have loved using the glasses on planes to watch movies without craning my neck!

Thank you for your kind review, Jonathan! We love hearing that our glasses have been a great travel companion on planes. Here's to many more comfortable and enjoyable journeys ahead!
