VITUREReviews of viture.com

The viture beast is my go to portable monitor since I have a mini-PC workstation and I prefer to have it treated as a mobile monitor on the go. It works quite well, and I can stay just as productive as I would on my desk with traditional monitors. The next move would be for me to get the neck pro for additional on the go entertainment and minor productivity!

Bought the Luma XR glasses - great product. Unforunately it stopped working after 6 months. I contacted Viture directly and they organized a courier to pickup my glasses and immediatelly shipped a new one once they received mine. Great experience.

My ultras worked flawlessly. No cracks, great experience. Four months of heavy use later, The newest update was a no go so I contacted customer service. I mailed them back FedEx, prepaid label, Thursday, got a brand new pair Sunday afternoon/ vip Experience. I stand behind this company 100 percent

Performed as expected. SpaceWalker is awkward. Highly recommend the Neckband Pro. Battery life is lacking but pairs well with the Beast.

i have the luma ultra glasses, i bought 2 pairs as the first pair were faulty. i mixed up the glasses with boxes and asked them how i could pair box and glasses (serial number ) they told me how to do so. Also i have the older charging adaptor which no longer provides 3dof with the newer glasses. I queried this and Ruby from viture support was very helpful and explained in great rdetail as to why this was the case and that a new adaptor was imminent. This was done in a very friendly and understanding manner. I think many other customer service departments could spend time with viture to see how it should be done.
