Regarding communication, we did respond to your initial emails with the information available from the carrier. As for the billing name, “Nature Green” is our registered payment descriptor used by our payment processor, which is why it may appear differently on credit card statements. Your order placed on 12/1 was shipped and successfully marked as delivered on 12/19 by the carrier, which confirms that the parcel reached the address provided at checkout. Any issues after delivery unfortunately fall outside our direct control once a package is confirmed delivered. Our business operates online-first, and our official customer support channels are clearly listed on our website. During peak seasons, we temporarily prioritize written support (email and messaging) to ensure all inquiries are documented and handled properly. Using Facebook Messenger as a support channel does not mean our business is illegitimate. It is simply one of the communication tools we offer. We did communicate with you regarding the delivery status and replacement inquiry. However, since the order was already confirmed delivered, a replacement was not guaranteed under our policy. You later chose to pursue a PayPal dispute, which PayPal resolved independently according to their own review process. We take accusations of fraud very seriously and stand by the legitimacy of our business, our shipping records, and our published policies.
