We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations, and we understand the disappointment regarding the bottle being empty. To clarify, this product is intended as a display and decorative piece, rather than a bottle containing Grey Goose or another alcoholic beverage. Due to shipping restrictions and regulations concerning the transportation of alcoholic liquids, we are unable to ship alcohol inside the bottle. The images shown on the product page are therefore intended to illustrate the appearance and presentation of the display piece. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that clear product information is important when making an online purchase, and we will continue working to make the nature and purpose of the product as clear as possible for our customers. If you have any concerns about the item you received, we would also be happy to review them through our customer support team and assist you further.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the time it has taken to resolve this matter. The length of the process and the repeated follow-ups regarding your refund are certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We also apologize for the repeated requests for your order information and photos. These details were needed to properly review the product concern, but we regret that the repeated requests made the process feel unnecessarily difficult. Regarding the refund, we’re sorry for the additional delay caused by the payment processing issue. We take your concerns seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review your case and assist you further. Please feel free to contact our customer support team by email with your order details so we can locate your case and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.

We sincerely apologize that the product you received did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the size, appearance, and the time it took to arrive. We’re also sorry that your experience with our communication did not leave you feeling properly supported. We take concerns about products differing from their listings seriously. While handmade products may have some variations from the images shown online, we recognize that significant differences in size, design, or overall appearance should be reviewed carefully rather than dismissed as ordinary variations. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into the specific circumstances of your order. If you’re willing, please contact our customer support team by email with your order details and photos of the item you received. This will allow our team to review the product against the original listing and determine the most appropriate way to assist you. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us identify areas where our product information and customer support can be improved.

Dear customer, We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to clarify a few points. Your order included custom-made products, and when we informed you that additional production time was required, it was because the workshop needed to complete a new mold before manufacturing the remaining items. This was shared to explain the reason for the delay, not to mislead you. We also understand your concern that only part of your order has arrived. Partial shipments may occur when one item is ready before the others. We kindly ask you to contact our support team via email with your order number so we can check the status of the remaining decanters and provide you with an update. Regarding the comments about our business, we respectfully disagree with the claim that we are a scam. We are a legitimate company that manufactures and ships customer orders. Delays or production issues can occur, but they do not mean that we have any intention of deceiving our customers. Finally, we regret if any previous communication came across as impolite. That was never our intention. We strive to treat every customer with respect and ask for the same courtesy in return so that we can work together toward a satisfactory resolution. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to resolving your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us via our official support email, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Kind regards,
