The price is a bit high, but the results are great. My appetite has been curbed, so I can focus on actual hunger vs a craving. I've been able to create better habits and eat better foods. Its been four months and I've lost almost 30 pounds. For years I tried but failed. I have more confidence in my body, and my ability to continue good habits once I end the program.
