Unfortunately, being month four into trizepatide injections, I haven't lost a single pound. I don't have a lot of weight to lose to begin with, I am a pretty fit person, I just wanted to lose 10 lb in total, maybe 5, so I am shocked to see that I am just not seeing the weight loss at all. It would seem that then pounds of weight loss would be a breeze. I'm questioning the ingredients in those injections, wondering if they're potent enough.

I have really enjoyed taking NAD+ and B12 vitamin shots. They come on time every month with all the needed supplies. Only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is one of the syringes seemed to have been damaged, causing me to lose a lot of the B12 liquid. It only happened once and never again but not much was done for me when I reached out. They asked for a picture but I had already used up the vitamin and thrown out the box it comes in so I left it alone. Other than that I highly recommend!

Title: Beware — Total Rip-Off! I ordered a 3-month supply from Vitastir and clearly told them I take 0.80 per injection. They sent me only 0.25 instead! When I tried to resolve it, they offered no help. This company is a complete scam — they take your money and deliver far less than promised. Stay away from Vitastir — they’re worse than highway robbery!

Something happened with my subscription. I don't know what's going on because there is no way to log into my account or speak with anyone. When I realized I was out of my medication, it took another week to get the problem rectified. Very disappointing to be without medication for a week. I will be moving my prescription to a different pharmacy in the future.
