My orders come to me promptly, and the tirzepatide has worked very well. Ordering was easy and using the subscription plan I never ran out. Also when I needed to cancel my subscription it was done with no problems. I will use it again if and when needed.

It is working for me! It is slow progress but my appetite is a lot less, and my body is less achy. I like the upfront cost list but it does still seem a little expensive.

It was so simple and quick to go through the order process.

I’m being double charged. VERY UPSET The company responded stating they checked and I was charged once. Wrong. Why would I waste my time otherwise?? Don’t do business here.

NOTHING was working- Diet, exercise, fasting, OTC- I was extremely nervous about side effects (nausea, diarrhea, etc)- I had no side effects, except a rash at the injection site- It is a SLOW process, but I finally lost over 10 pounds when nothing else was effective- A little pricy ( no insurance) but now I dont need coolsculpt- Belly is almost gone

I have been extremely satisfied with the amazing customer service this company provides. Not just sufficient, EXCELLENT! They respond quickly to emails, they actually answer the phone, which shouldn’t be something commented on, but it has to be, due to a seemingly downward spiral of customer service everywhere these days. It’s still surprising to me that this company not only does the standard level of service hoped for, but surpasses that level time after time , making me feel that they actually care about the customer’s satisfaction level. So on an overall rating I’m very happy and intend on staying with them indefinitely,as after reaching my goal weight I will continue on a maintenance dosage. Finally, I have been pleased to get a specific agent repeatedly, and his name is Hussain. This gentleman is top notch, not only being sufficient, but rising above and beyond what is expected when working with any company’s customer service. His professionalism combined with such a pleasant personality, and a seemingly genuine desire to make things go smoothly and being in the best interest of resolving the situation. He was the very first person I encountered upon calling for help with the application process- in which he stayed on the line with me until I was assured everything was completed. I really can’t express how much of an asset this man is to your staff. It actually is due to him I became a patient of yours, and will continue to be one big reason I will be indefinitely. The other C.S.A’s and anyone whom I have dealt with along the way, have all been great , and I can’t forget the quality and effectiveness of the medication. Happy New Year to you all! Cortney Freund
