This company's customer service is among the worst I've seen. They don't refund when you make a mistake in ordering until you plead and beg and write bad reviews. You cannot make an account on their site so you cannot track anything. They make you email a customer service "center" that rarely responds. They post a phone number but no one answers. With so many bad reviews and my own experience, run from this company. There are plenty of other companies that sell the same products and are legit, allowing customers to make accounts, get refunds when warranted, and not be forced into a subscription, sometimes unknowingly.

The ordering process was easy and my meds are shipped quickly. I receive order status emails in a timely manner and have never had a problem. I have reached out to customer service via email before and they answered within 24 hrs with an update. I would recommend the company.
