Over all the experiences I have had with this online pharmacy has been great. Smooth and seamless transactions and delivery of merchandise is the norm. Not difficult to order at all. I will say I had a one off experience where the delivery was delayed and there was poor follow up and communication around this but I would say this was a one off issue. When I did reach out about the issue they were quick and prompt to resolve the situation. The only other concern I have had when ordering this product is that the when the merchandise came the ice pack was not cold or frozen anymore, but when I did reached out about this, I was instructed it was okay. I was a little concerned because the item is supposed to be kept cool and refrigerated but once again the product was still effective and worked.
