I have been using Vitastir since December for monthly Semaglutide. Customer service is good, they have responded to all emails. I like that you can pay monthly as you go. They send a reminder for refills. Some places require a big payment up front because you have to order 6-12 months in advance. I could not afford that. I have lost 30 pounds in less than 5-months without any specific diet. I am just eating less.

Hussain Was a customer service representative that helped me he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He reassured me that he had me taken care of and that I didn’t have to worry about it, which is such a huge relief when all I do is worry about other people‘s needs all day. It was refreshing to have somebody actually willing to go the extra mile to help out!
