They are not legitimate . Once you pay, they never respond.Product does not work as other companies . I also received the wrong Product!!!! ZERO INSTRUCTIONS OR SYRINGES like wow. They are rude and again 10-15 emails pleading for instructions, specifically since there is an expiration date and need to start, they literally ignore you. Their phone number on file is also not valid never a response. It is scary how they get away with it. They say 48 hour response it is close to 2 weeks. They have thousands of bad reviews and zero BBB for failure to assist customers

Dear C, We have tens of thousands of happy patients. Our meds are not watered down, each batch is tested for potency by the lab. Instructions come on the orange vial where the meds are in :) + if you read the chart you signed, there was also a link on ''how to inject'' process :) Syringes always come in the homekit. We get back to our emails within 48 business hours!

I've been ordering from VITAstir since January 2025. The shipping is very speedy and the package comes with everything you need (needles, alcohol, cotton swab). The Tirzepatide has also been very effective for me, resulting in a steady, sustainable weight loss. I also barely have any side effects and I used to have a ton on semaglutide. I would def recommend this tirzepatide.
