They must have hired a company to flood reviews with positive ratings in order to bury the bad ones. They did not include syringes in the first “kit”. They shipped my refill 8 days past the promised “ every 23 days” . Calls and emails have been ignored. I prepaid for 5 months and am now requesting a refund of the remaining 3 months… we will see how that goes as they still have not responded to me. I have full documentation for my credit card company if they don’t comply.
