I have been using the same medication at a clinic in Miami for 6 months, and I wanted to purchase a 3-month supply of Tirzepatide. I specifically paid for overnight shipping to prevent it from spoiling during transit. I chose this company because it had very good reviews. When the products arrived, I opened the package and noticed that even the two small ice packs were already warm. The needles provided were 29G, whereas 31G or 30G is ideal for insulin. As a result, even after two days, there was no effect at all. I am not using this product for weight loss; it was regulating my blood sugar levels, which helped solve my sleep problems. But for the past two days, it has had zero effect. I requested a return from the company. The product is either spoiled or does not contain Tirzepatide. I am very upset and disappointed about this. I hope the company shows the necessary sensitivity. I will update with information based on the steps they take.
