Damaged product when received and was told too bad .

Their ad keeps popping up on an app I use at my phone's FULL VOLUME. I turned my volume off and it still popped up just as LOUD. I dont know how this is even possible or why this company thinks that illegally overriding phone settings with intrusively LOUD ADs would make people want anything to do with their business. I cant even use that app now. I would be afraid to shop at a business that cant even be respectful and disregards peoples phone settings with their ads. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT YOUR COMPANY. I wish I could find a way to override their volume to scream at them the way theyve been screaming at me all night, but consumers dont have any rights anymore except one, BOYCOTT.

Got energy drink case shipped, two cans popped open. Shipping box wasn't wet so someone sent me a damaged case. Customer service tried to only refund me for two cans even though all the cans were sticky. I'm done with vitamin shoppe.

I was in this store on 4/20/24 4000 Towne Center Drive Louisville, KY 40241. I was waiting for help and the person behind the counter would not give the time of day. this not the 1st time this has happened. I have shop here for years and I can say no more. all I can say GNC and amazon will be getting my business from now on.

I decided to order from Vitamin Shoppe online so I didn’t have to drive around to find a product. After ordering a bottle of Codeage Glutathione 1000mg, I received a bottle of the 500mg. I called and complained, they resent the WRONG product again. I called again and all they could do is tell me they would have the warehouse look into it and then offered for me to either get a 48-72 hour window for FedEx to pick it up or that I could return it to a store. Who sits around their home that long?? This completely defeats the whole reason I even ordered from them. Rest assured, this was the first and last time I will be.

They are sending items to my old address, after I updated to my new address. Customer support said they may not be able to cancel all of the order. That’s weird. So they are going to still charge me for items I can’t receive? Yep. That’s exactly what’s happening. So now I have to contact my bank’s fraud department to get my money back. How does Vitamin Shoppe think that their handling of that mistake is ok?

I recently applied for a job at Vitamin Shoppe (an unnecessary “e”, it’s just Shop). Speaking of making things complicated, I think the reason I was not considered for the position was because of racial differences. I had all the skills and experience that they asked for, the interview went really great, and I’m jutting surprised why I didn’t make it. I waited patiently and calmly but this is just not fair. I’m not saying because I got rejected and I’m hurt, it’s actually because I believe it was a perfect match and they wanted to not hire me beacuse of my skin color or my Ethnicity.
