The vital records processed my payment from credit card dispute the call center telling me I didn't complete the paperwork correctly and I would have to resend. I thought it was going to take another three weeks or so. I am very happy I received the documents however the call center needs to be updated and learn customer service.

I payed $80 dollars y’all sent the information on the application wrong. I called to get it corrected and nothing was ever sent back. I then walked to the country set and walked out with me copy of what I needed in 30 min. I was ripped off by this company.

I requested a birth certificate a couple months ago, I received the application quickly but have not seen a birth certificate yet. I sent all documents and money’s required. I would like to know if it’s on its way or has something went wrong?

The process of paying for the service and the actual item being separate is horrible, the actual item should be included in the service.
