they have a policy of not processing quickly. i questioned as to why it would take SEVEN MONTHS for me to get a copy of my marriage certificate and their comment was that it takes 140-150 days to process. HOW IS THAT QUICK? i need this info to get a drivers license-which is supposed to be obtained within 30 days of setting up residency.

Scam & Untrusted Business!! Order NOT fulfilled Ordered because it was a direct link from the NY State official website. Order placed in Dec 2022 for birth certificate to be received in April 2023. Paid $68! When try to check on status it says expired. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! I gave every single piece of info they needed. They just needed to pull up the County or Hospital and input the data on the certificate. Easy Peezy! They should be be blacklisted for incompetence.

Ordered birth certificate and did not receive either the certificate or the refund. Terrible customer service. This company is not to be trusted.

This company SUCKS! Sorry for that language. Ordered birth certificate. Still haven't received it. They are the middle man to whatever state you are trying to records from. I contacted my city that I was born in NY. DI downloaded their form. Sent it in and received my birth certificate in 10 days.

We were put on hold for 2 hours and the website didn’t work. This has happened in the past.

Ordered a NYC death certificate on 11/1/2022. It is now 3/20/2023. I have not received anything and no notification. I was charged 2 months ago. As of 2/13/2023, the order was "In Progress." I have been sitting on hold for at least 45 minutes. The "manage your order" page on their website shows as "Page not found." I see there are a lot of complaints about the same issues with this company. What a scam!

Paid $40 for birth certificate. It never arrived. I called them and was immediately put on hold. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. Finally, a woman picked up my call and I explained my situation. She said as a 'one time courtesy' she would ask for a new certificate be sent out. And she would be calling me to follow through. To make sure I received it. Guess what? Never received certificate or follow up calls. This fraud company has all my personal info now. What do they do with it??? Sell it? Identity fraudulent uses?

Be cautious of this company if you are looking for a record of someone but are not completely sure of all the information on them. VitalCheck is a third party company that has no way of finding out prior to you placing an order with them (and paying them a decent amount of money) if the record you are looking for actually exists or if its in the state where you think it should be. Vital check did not disclose that they do not have this ability when placing the order, in fact, when you enter all the information in of the person you are looking for it tells you at the bottom that there is a match. This company is very misleading and feels like a scam.
