Scam, they have a contract with TN, did not ship records, I can't believe this is even legal to do this to people. I suggest everyone call The state that you are in and complain.

Terrible company and process, my mom died and needed death certificates and they made the process painful and added to my suffering. Uploaded tons of legal documents and none were ever enough. I finally just canceled and went through the funeral home. They are Inconsiderate, incompetent and horrible to deal with. Plus they don't explain what happens to those legal confidential documents you uploaded. They should be destroyed.

Terrible site, hard to get answers, whe. I requested my sons adopted birth certificate, I gave all the information they asked for, they said it would be done in 48 hrs tops. 2 weeks later, not done. I emailed again, " oh we're busy". Finally when they got back they asked for more information, that they could've asked weeks earlier, and the courts had already given them. I canceled my order, easier to go in person to the offices. Just FYI, they also charge JUST FOR USING THE SITE! She charged me $15.50 because "you used our site to place the order, even if you don't get the thing you ordered, you decided to use us, so give us that $15.50" when I was the one putting in all the work and waiting. Scam site, shady and slightly fraudulent.

I placed order July 5, 2024, for Tennessee Birth Certificate. My process time changed from 15-21 days after I called on day 21 to find out why I have not received shipping notification. The next day, my processing Time was changed to 40-45 days, with no explanation. I placed phone call to the after hours number to inquire, left voice mail. As of today, August 14, I have not received a call back.

I ordered my mother’s birth certificate from Vital Chek on July 9th. I received an email saying it would be delivered by August 8th. I called them on August 12th and was told it would be sent in September. This is a horrible company with poor customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

This company needs to redone and be better. I ordered my son's birth certificate and three months later I get a letter of pin and order number and it didn't even work. I waited hours on hold and still no one. How can they site say oh it's quick but in reality it's one of not the worst government site I ever came across. Don't use them. Go to where you gave birth and get a copy. Bc this is insane. I need my son to get an ID he is 18 and before college. I did it in May now they are saying I might get it in December.

This is THE WORST Company. I ordered a birth certificate for my mother and paid for UPS shipping. Fulton County could not find a record and put my mother's name as her father's name. I have been getting the complete run around and leg work that I paid VitalCheck to do. They did not send the document of "NO record found" via UPS Air and will not refund me for what I paid for UPS Air they are saying they are not responsible for anything once they take my money. All they do is take your documents and forward it over to the other County that's IT. I could have done that myself.

I'd give them a 0 if I could. Needed a death certificate for my father who just passed in Arizona. Sent in the documents as listed. Pennsylvania did not put parents names on birth certificates so I sent in official documents from the hospital and was told not good enough. Didn't answer the phone, never called back. Then cancelled my order. Disgusting company. I'll mail it to the county directly.
