Ordered a $75 item and two weeks after delivery get a bill from FedEx for $20 import fee. Didn’t even know it was not from US and besides, what reputable company does this?

Stay far,far away from this fraud of a business!!! Beautiful representation of products that are pure SHIT. OVERPRICED and substandard quality...well, live and learn...just set over $200 on fire qurh nothing to show for it. Wish I could post a Pic of the shit product parts I received...

The towel rack I ordered did not fit my needs. I contacted them twice about a return. Twice they referred me to their website. Their website told me to contact them. I finally told them that. They reminded me I had to pay to ship the item back. And asked if I wanted the address given that fact.

We purchased a 2 shelf towel rack. The box was badly damaged upon arrival. There were NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS in the box. For the money charged, the value is simply not there. The shelves are cheap composite wood and not pre-drilled making assembly difficult. The wall anchors included will not hold any weight before pulling out of the wall, so I am using EZ ANCHOR DRYWALL ANCHORS rated at 50 lbs. to assure it does not fall off the wall. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing shelf units from this company!

This is an awful store. They provide no phone numbers for customer service. Customer service is non existent. The towel shelving unit that I bought was cheap and the black matte color wipes off. And finally the last thing that propelled me to write this review is I received a bill from FedEx for overseas taxes that the company failed to pay and the company told FedEx it was my responsibility.

I received a towel rack and the quality was awfull, had to be put together and the picture on their website did not match the item received. The paint looked cheap and was badly made. It cost me expensive but looked very cheap. Lesson learned not to buy from them again. In fairness when i complained they offered me a 30% discount, I am waiting on this to be refunded.

beware the quality of their product. I bought a towel rack; what they advertise on their website looks very different. what I received is put together with bolts that protrude on the sides and are ugly; furthermore, quality of the wood shelves very poor, and the same is true for the paint.definitely not worth the price. finally, they do not post one or 2 stars review on their website. I know from experience!

When I got my product there was an issue. I contacted them and they worked with me immediately to remedy the issue. It's nice to find a company that stands behind their products.
