Very poor communication with the company after using their toll service. They had my mail, but said they don't respond to emails using old subject headings??? Still no response from them after chasing for a second time.

I have been charged for 4 tolls not made by me. I input my end trip for 5pm and have had 4 tolls added onto my account from 5.31 pm onwards. I have sent them proof that I returned the rental at 15.36 and posted the tag back to the drop off. Despite this they will not reimburse me and said I should have ended the trip in the app. Well excuse me, isnt this why you input an end time?? This information is no where to be found either In the app itself or on the website details, all it says is to return the tag otherwise tjey will chanrge you 10 dollars. They are now not replying to my emails and basically said tough sh*t. They have been paid but dont care that its me who paid them. Shocking service and terrible attitude.

STAY AWAY!! ITS A SCAM!! RETURNED CAR ON THE 28TH. MADE SURE MY TOLL PASS ENDED AT THE SAME TIME I RETURNED THE RENTAL CAR! AND THEN I RECEIVED CHARGES THAT WERE MADE FROM THE 30TH!!!! AND THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT BACK THE MONEY.

I purchased this for a 7-day trip in Florida. It was very easy to set up initially, which gave me confidence in the service. However, the issues started shortly after. I was charged for 13 tolls in Miami, even though we never drove there. Some of these charges were recorded at very early hours in the morning when the car was parked. There was also a full day of toll charges applied when the car never left the driveway. I contacted customer service to query these discrepancies but received no response, which was extremely frustrating. In total, I only used around 4 toll roads during the week, yet I was charged $28. It would have been significantly cheaper and far less stressful to just use the hire car’s toll option. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. The inaccurate charges and lack of customer support are major concerns. Avoid

Was frustrated with the $$ for daily charge + tolls using a rental car. How do tourist navigate with all the tolls especially in Orlando. Searched other options and found visitor toll pass. Called customer service to explain process so I understood exactly as I read it). Worked great! Made reservation, picked up at kiosk in MCO airport. Notified rental car both via phone & when picking up the car for them to turn off their transponder (VTP instructed & enter the plate# on the app). Returned the tag to the same kiosk at the airport. Invoice all correct. Great experience!!

Our rental company charged us for tolls despite toll pass saying they wouldn’t. They said they would resolve it for us but then asked us to get lots of information directly from the car company that cost us a lot in phone calls to the US. Then toll pass stopped answering emails so we were left out of pocket by quite a bit. I wouldn’t use again just because of the poor customer service when things go wrong. You are dealing with a company in the US so for UK visitors there’s already going to be problems if you need to contact them. And increasingly companies like Alamo, Sixt, Hertz ignore the toll pass and charge you anyway.

I Have used it twice in one year and it saved me time and money . Beware the customer service is awful . I would use it again rather than pay Avis rip off charges.

Used this a few times now and no issues (apart from me leaving it in the rental car when returning!!). It does save money and have had no issues whatsoever.
