I had an appt at the Brooklyn Ridge store #230 on 11-12-21 around 3:30 in the afternoon. Service was great and a very enjoyable experience. Great customer service. Pattie Smolen and 2 associates were so helpful and pleasant

A few weeks ago, I took a prescription for glasses from an opthamologist to Visionworks in Paducah, Ky. They had a great selection of glasses at reasonable prices & I got mine in about a week. I couldn't see well from the left lense. Jade went above & beyond to correct the problem (not their fault - opthamologist got it wrong,) even finding me another pair of glasses that fit my lenses from my original broken frames. I'm seeing just great now. All staff were kind and helpful. Covid precautions were followed appropriately. Excellent service & I highly recommend Visionworks in Paducah, KY.

Ok got my glasses. Had them for a couple of months now and as stated in an earlier review (started out not so good), got contacted by folks at Visionworks 6527 S Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL 34231 Made things a little better. Now I'm giving updated and much better review. Glasses came in and they took good care of the fitting and adjustment. Very nicely done and it was a pleasure and I needed them badly! Returned today with glasses for a quick tweek and brought in another pair that needed major adjustment... in and out maybe 15 mins! Much better and have re-earned my biz for next year's replacement glasses Rick
