VisionworksReviews of visionworks.com

I had a great experience with April from the Renton location, she was knowledgeable and patient to answer all the questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure that I liked my glasses. Thank you April for making it so worthwhile to go to Vision works.

Recently needed new glasses, mine were broken. Called numerous eye doctors in Somerset by order of highest reviews. No one could see me for 2 months. I really can’t go without them. But made an appointment 2 months out. Finally after a month I decided to call Visionworks. Their reviews weren’t great but I gave it a try. They got me in the following week. Staff was great. Doctor was really nice. She actually fit me with the correct lens whereas my previous eye doctor couldn’t get it right after three attempts. They have a huge selection of frames also. They arrived in LESS than a week too! I had always had Vision care insurance but being retired now I do not YET my total cost with transitional lens, progressive bifocals, glare reduction and scratch resistant lenses were LESS than what I had paid with insurance. Highly recommend this business!

My husband and I had appointments at the Vision Works in St. Peters at Mid Rivers Mall store # 393. We had a great experience with the staff. The staff was very patient and helpful. The professionalism was superb. The staff names were Shenita, Mary and Dustin. I do recommend this company.

I shopped at Visionworks in Spokane Wa northtown mall, was so happy to have Sean help me, being an older gal he was so very helpful and guided me through the different styles and then the closing of the purchase Sean explained the Care Credit offer as well, Am very happy of my experience with Visionworks , TYVM

Went to the Bensalem PA store today for readers. They were able to pull my records from another store location, find my prescription and guide me through selecting the features needed for what I needed to accomplish. Friendly, effective and professional - I'll return!

I was recently at the Visionworks in San Tan and had the best experience. The Dr. was able to help my severe dry eyes and he was so patient and helpful. I had issues getting the prescription and he and his staff helped me to get the correct drops. Dr. Bassett is great. Kudos also to Mario who took my mangled glasses I stepped on and made them wearable. He was great! I totally had a good experience and would recommend them!!

I recently visited Visionworks in the Staple Shop Ctr in Deptford NJ. My eye exam was scheduled with Dr. Maya Panchal. I felt the need to write this review about her because of my experience with her. She was so kind and thorough. I felt totally at ease with her. In fact, I brought my sister who is special needs to Dr. Panchal and she treated my sister with kindness and care and was very thorough with her exam as well. I will not hesitate to go back to Dr. Panchal and recommend her to friends and family. Also the salesperson Lou was super helpful in finding the right frames for both of us. Shes a great girl and so very helpful. Your customers Dorothea Addezio and Bonita Sekula
