Worked reliably most of the time. Some areas were out of coverage, which we didn't know until we were there. It would be nice if they send us the coverage map in advance so we could be better prepared.

I rented a Pocket WiFi for my trip to Spain (1 week) and Morocco (4-5 days) and the WiFi worked enough for me to use my google maps and get directions but was slower than I would have anticipated for other things such as surfing the web, etc. I had to reboot the pocket WiFi every other day or so, not sure if this helped at all. End of the day, it did everything I needed but would have been nice if the service was a bit stronger

Overall, I enjoyed the service and convenience of renting a portable hot spot. The service seemed slow only a couple of times. The unit held its charge pretty well, except for the one time that we wanted to use it on a high-speed train ride. Of course, that day the charge did not hold for very long. I will give the unit the benefit of the doubt, as we may not have charged it correctly the night before. The price point for the length of time we rented the unit on very reasonable. I would recommend Vision Global for international travel.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review! We did check the device for data usage only a couple of days you went over the daily high-speed allowance of 500mb/day. This might be the reason you felt it was slow. Please feel free to let us know when you are travelling overseas or recommend our service to family and friends!

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review. For the device in Europe, since you can use the device in multiple countries in Europe, the size is a little bit bigger than the normal WiFi. Another reason it is bigger is that the battery life for the device is great, it lasts almost 24 hours.

Hi Eric, Thank you for your positive review! You have rented our "Europe - Unlimited" device which has up to 500mb/day of high-speed data. Some days you have gone well over the daily high-speed allowance and this might be the reason you felt the speed was slow.

I went to mexico and rent a pocket Wifi with them. Overall I have a great network connection but just to be careful not to overuse it because the network gets really slow at the end of the day. Except this it was really useful and I will definitely use them again! Thanks!

The service worked as advertised. With a teen and my wife being the primary users on our Europe trip we usually would be throttled back at some point in the day but it kept everyone in communications if we chose to separate. The one area that i was not fond of was when we landed i tuned the unit on per the instructions (it was 1pm). That is (what appeared) to start my 24 timeline, if we ran out of bandwidth it would not be reset until after lunch the next day
