Ordering was easy but device performance not always the best
Ordering, shipping and handling of my order was quite easy. The WiFi device did not always perform well (in Germany). The connection was sometimes slow and I had to restart the device about twice per day.

A good experience
The speed was slow sometimes and might be due to the area. The response of the customer service was awesome and Lisa had been so helpful!!!

Iceland trip wifi
On a recent trip to Iceland I rented a wifi unit. Was my first time renting from Vision Global and the experience was good. Coverage was good in most areas, no coverage in some areas where wifi might be expected to be nonexistent. The rental rate was worth it. The unit is heavier (significantly) and slightly larger than others I've used, but it wasn't an issue because our hikes were not more than a couple miles each way. If you are backpacking, though, the weight could be more problematic. Overall, I would seriously consider renting this unit for other trips.

More drop off sites in US airports
Should explore to have more device return or drop off sites especially in airports such as JFK, Boston international airports. Also as we stayed in Hilton hotel at Boston Logan airport, signal was interrupted.

I was quite satisfied with the service provided.
i got to know the Vision Global WiFi through Amnet New York, which has been my travel agent. The unit arrived to me on time, and the returning the unit was smooth, except I had to make a trip to the post office on foot, the day I returned from a month trip. I had 5Gb unit for one month, but along the way, I got a reminder that i had reached the maximum usage. This alarmed me because I had no idea how much left. i send an email to the company. I got a prompt response describing possible options etc, but no way to find what's left. I'm wondering which plan I should choose for the next similar trip. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied with the service provided. Thanks.

For Japan, there are many different plans to choose from, you can call us at 424-219-9224, we would love to help you out with choosing the most suitable plan for you. As for the return methods, there are return boxes available at airport counters in Japan and in the US as well if making a trip to the post office is not convenient for you.
