We received the wifi device a few days before our date of departure. It was easy to use and made a world of difference in our ability to maneuver around England and Paris. The return process was very simple as they provided the box, which was already prepared with the shipping sticker. I will use this service again for trips out of the country.

Customer
Excellent service and very convenient pickup/dropoff for me since I live close to their los angeles/Torrance office. The wireless service itself was great and worked well in japan. My specific unit however must have had an older/worn battery because it would only last about 4-5 hours when not plugged into a power source. Last year I rented the same model unit, I was able to go a solid 10-12 hours before the battery was completely drained. When travelling, I always have a battery pack with me so I just kept it plugged into the pack when ever I was heading out for a whole day so it was no big deal.

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! The battery life is between 4 to 6 hours, also depends on how many devices are connected to it and we also offer portable battery rental for only $2/day. Very happy and grateful that you wrote us a positive feedback. We offer more than 130 countries so please keep us in mind for your next trip!

It gave me stable WiFi for the duration of my vacation in Sarawak, Malaysia. Will definitely use it again next year. Thanks Vision Global.

The connection was fine in almost whole California (except Mariposa and other mountain lands). The service is easy to use. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There was a problem with picking up our device at LAX (it hadn’t been delivered on time), but the manager-I-forgot-her-name helped us quickly by phone. So, I recommend Vision Global Wi-Fi with pleasure!

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. In those areas such as mountains, suburbs and national parks, the reception might be weak because there is no cell tower close by. We are always updating our service and pickup and return method. Please keep us in mind for your next trip! Thank you again for leaving us a positive review!
