This will be the second cash out refinance with Visio Lending and Alex and both have gone smooth. A little follow up was needed but nothing major as encountered with other lending companies. I would recommend refinances with Visio for sure.

Very good company. They take care of you and they know what they’re doing. As long as you have your stuff together when they ask for documents, the process is so smooth. I would definitely use them again. They have an in-house underwriting, so I just had to meet a notary to sign paperwork instead of going to the title company. I would definitely use them again!
