Terrible experience! They changed the terms 3 days before closing and by then its difficult to change lenders. Don't trust them. I have multiple rental properties and I will never do business with them again. I do have one loan with them. I am part of a large organization in Atlanta that focuses on short term rentals and long term rental properties. Visio has been removed as one of our recommended lenders.

You get no communication or information about loan or even closing date.

The entire experience was terrible. I would never ever use this company again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Go elsewhere. VERY VERY BAD COMPANY

I don't really have anything positive to say about my experience. It was extremely slow, I was misled several times, my title company was blamed for the delays when it wasn't their fault and they had proof to back up their stance. It was just unprofessional and a waste of money and time.

The loan process was painful. Too many people involved and not enough that were actually knowledgeable. Closing date was missed by weeks. I was at closing getting ready to sign when your office called to say “wait” we need to change something. I felt there were too many young/unexperienced people involved.

It was a horrible experience. There was rarely any communication from the person I was working with.

I repeated had to send the same documents. The processor was rude to my attorney. I was told they would close 30 days from the appraisal and it took nearly 90 days to close.

Let me set the stage by saying that this is my first (and likely my last) use of a "hard-money" lender. As a veteran of at least 15 mortgages in my life, I have been through a range of lenders from, what I deemed good as well as not-so-good. The experience I had with Visio continues to be problematic. BSI Financial is the organization who is "managing" the loan. I sent them an invoice for $30 to catch up on a quarterly HOA charge and they paid with a check for more than $2,000. The fact that they are escrowing the HOA in the first place is unheard of but, then things like this occur. I will waive other opportunities like this to avoid another round.
