Une pure arnaque et de la vente forcée; 172.9$ facturés pour un visa ETA annoncé à 20£. Je bataille pour obtenir un remboursement qui je pense n'arrivera jamais

The website displayed the official UK ETA fee of £20, but my card was subsequently charged USD 172.90 by COMMAS. The total amount and the substantial additional service fee were not clearly presented to me immediately before payment. The payment was taken at an early stage, while my application was only 38% complete. Visafi later confirmed in writing that the application had not been submitted to the UK authorities and that essential passport information and photographs were still missing. I requested immediate cancellation and a full refund on 17 September 2026. Although the refund request was registered, I continue to receive automated emails asking me to complete the application, and a further claim was created on 21 September without a clear explanation. I am still awaiting the return of the full USD 172.90. I will update this review if and when the refund is completed. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend applying directly through GOV.UK.

Olvidaros de la pagina de Visafi. Es una monumental estafa. Aparece de primera en el buscador de Google como agencia colaboradora del gobierno británico. En realidad te piden dar todos tus datos personales incluido fotografía personal y del pasaporte. A mitad de proceso aparece el trámite de pago, pero no te indican la cantidad. En mi caso, me apareció de repente en cuenta el cargo de 345$ de COMMAS.COM y a continuación un mail diciendo que no se había podido completar el proceso de trámite de visado, con lo que, para colmo ni siquiera lo consigues obtener. Menos mal que nada más recibir el cargo en mi tarjeta llamé a Visa. Me bloquearon la tarjeta y me devolvieron el cargo. No puedo entender que se consienta durante tanto tiempo que estos delincuentes (no tienen otro nombre) sigan actuando impunemente.

Het zijn oplichters. Op de website staat vermeld dat het £20 pound is. Je kan alleen betalen via creditcard. Dan gaan ze hun gang en pakken per visum veel meer geld. Er is uit mijn kaart €355 euro afgeschreven. Nooit hier je visum boeken.

OPLICHTING; na een paar regels invullen al naar 'betalen' geleid - voor 2 eta's werd niet 40 pond, maar 399 dollar afgeschreven. Ik heb de aanvraag verder niet afgemaakt en om een refund gevraagd. Maar ik hou mijn adem niet in - je wordt willens en wetens bedrogen. Creditcard geblokkeerd - gedoe en 10x meer geld kwijt.
