Experiencia muy negativa con VisaFi: cobro elevado y ETA sin tramitar Mi experiencia con VisaFi ha sido muy decepcionante. Accedí a su página para tramitar la ETA del Reino Unido y terminé con un cargo de aproximadamente 400 €, cuando esperaba pagar una cantidad muy inferior.Basicamente en su web pone que el coste es de 20£ La solicitud no llegó a completarse y no recibí el servicio. Contacté con la empresa en varias ocasiones, escribiendo a su dirección de atención al cliente para solicitar una solución y el reembolso, pero ni se molestaron en responder. También he intentado recuperar el dinero a través de Commas, que lo único que hicieron fue lavarse las manos. Me parece inaceptable tener que dedicar tanto tiempo a reclamar una cantidad tan importante sin conseguir una solución. No recomiendo para nada usar está web, es una completa estafa. Te ponen un importe que nada que ver con lo que te van a cobrar (incluso hasta cuando estás insertando los datos de la tarjeta para pagar) en ningún momento aparece el importe cobrado, en mi caso, me llegó un email para que terminara de rellenar unos datos que supuestamente faltaban, contacte para que me devolvieran el dinero desde que vi el importe que me habían cobrado y me quedé sin dinero y sin VISA.

Son unos ladrones, me cobraron 177 euros en vez de 22, llevo más de un mes reclamandolo y solo recibo respuestas automaticas diciendo que en cinco dias me harían el rembolso, y asi més y medio

I am absolutely furious, shocked and disgusted by my experience with Visafi and Commas. What should have been a simple UK ETA application turned into an absolute financial nightmare. I ended up being charged an outrageous €908.12 for a service that costs only a fraction of that amount through the official UK government website. In my opinion, the way these services operate is extremely misleading and completely unacceptable. I genuinely believed I was arranging a legitimate travel authorisation, not signing up for an incredibly expensive third-party service. I have demanded a full refund, but I have very little confidence that I will ever see my I am also deeply concerned about the personal information I provided during the application process. I feel like I have been scammed. I find it absolutely shocking that consumers can end up in situations like this. I am sharing my experience because I do not want anyone else to make the same costly mistake. PLEASE BE WARNED: Avoid Visafi and Commas. Doen net alsof een ETA officieel via hun loopt en schrijven intussen ruim €500(!!!) van de creditcard af ipv £20. ETA wordt wel geleverd dus de bank kan niks betekenen.

I paid USD 191.25 using my Visa Debit card. I cancelled the service as soon as I realised what had happened, but the money had already been charged. I requested a refund and have contacted Visafi several times. So far, I have mainly received automated emails saying that my refund is being processed. I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I am very disappointed with this experience. I want other travellers to be aware that third-party websites may charge considerably more than the official government service. My advice: Please check carefully that you are using the official UK government website before paying. I will update this review if my refund is received.

Very misleading. They say they charge 20 then you look at your credit card statement and nearly 200 has been charged to the card. I requested a refund as soon as i realized. Thankfully their site is also broken past payment so i could not even complete the visa application. Will keep you updated if i get a refund from them or if i have to escalate
