I applied for UK ETAs for my family. The website initially gave the impression that the cost was around £20, but during the payment process I discovered that approximately $800 was being requested. VisaFi is a scam operation that uses hidden fees and misleading pricing to extract money from unsuspecting travelers. I applied for a UK ETA through a checkout page displaying the standard £20 fee. Immediately after paying, I found out VisaFi charged 199 USD to my account! They intentionally conceal their massive service fees during the checkout process to trick users into paying ridiculous markups for a simple government application. I have demanded a full refund, reported them to consumer protection, and initiated a chargeback with my bank. Do not trust this company under any circumstances—use the official UK government website directly!
