Less than 1. Real scam---takes the money FIRST---then offers no service as promised, no guidance, no replies to Emails. Their 'contact us' Email is bogus ! How can the Brits allow this to happen - that is, for this fraudulent company to take 10 times the visa application money away from British Gov funds ?!

I ordered a UK visa trough their site, which at the time looked very secure. Everything went smooth and I even got the ETA visa, until I saw a reserved payment on my creditcard of €318,39. I'm taking legal actions as we speak to cancel this payment, but I want to warn everyone about this site/company and all their other sites.

Total scam!! I don't know how to help people who didn't read these reviews before getting scammed and losing their money. I had exactly the same experience as many other reviewers here. I was trying to apply for a UK ETA, got directed to this website, completed the application, and boom... €167 gone!! Yes, I did get my ETA, but instead of paying the official fee of around €24, I was charged almost 7 times more. If this happens to you, contact your bank immediately, even if the payment is still shown as a pending reservation. Also block your card if you're concerned, request a new one, and contact VisaFi straight away asking them to cancel the pending authorization before it is captured (god knows how fast they want to put money on their pocket). Unfortunately, my bank told me they couldn't stop the transaction, so all I can do now is watch my money disappear and hope VisaFi responds to my email. Lastly, a tip to someone who plans to contact their bank. Tell them it's fraud (not just a scam), so that they can help you more, instead of being at your own cost. I can't say more here, but you can ask your AI friend what the difference is between fraud and scam...

Bij aanvraag wordt meteen een bedrag dat vele malen hoger (ong. 15x hoger) ligt dat bij de officiële instantie van je rekening afgehouden. Ben begonnen met een aanvraag tot ik erachter kwam dat ik niet op een officiële site van de UK GOV zat, helaas had ik al betaalgegevens gedeeld. Het bedrag (dat je pas ziet als je bijna bij het einde van de aanvraag bent) is, meteen van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Diverse mails gestuurd op teruggave echter daar wordt niet op gereageerd

Avoid at all costs! My mother used this website to apply for a UK ETA, thinking it was the official government website, as it comes up first on google. They did show a surcharge of £40, but ended up charging around $150 for the £20 visa. No receipt was sent, no confirmation, nothing. We have contacted them to ask for a refund but I doubt they will give in. They obviously prey on vulnerable(ish) travellers and have built their business fully around that concept. This website should be banned.

Inderdaad een site die dicht bij oplichting zit. Net als het review hieronder ook in de veronderstelling een visum aan te vragen voor 20 pond (€24,48) persoon. Tijdens de aanvraag nergens op de hoogte gesteld dat er additionele fees in rekening zouden gebracht worden, en na de aanvraag ingediend te hebben, een bevestigingsmail gekregen dat de creditcard voor 2x €24,48 belast zou worden. Bij het nakijken van de creditcard-rekening bleken ze €320,88 in rekening te hebben gebracht. Dit is dus een misleidende website.
