Scam, charge 10 times of actually cost of Visa

IT IS A SCAM I was trying to apply for a UK ETA and understood the fee to be around £20. After entering my card details, VisaFi charged me approximately US$197. I had NOT completed the ETA application, had NOT submitted it, and had not even provided all the information required for an application to be processed. Despite this, the money was taken from my account. I contacted the company immediately requesting a full refund and, so far, have received no response. I have reported the transaction to my bank and cancelled my card as a precaution. The pricing and additional charges were not clear to me before the payment was taken. Had I understood that I was going to be charged nearly $200 for a £20 UK ETA, I would never have proceeded. Please save yourself the trouble and use the official GOV.UK website directly.

I struggled for about 6 hrs trying to get this visa. the program kept locking me out and then at the end the program just swirled. VisaFi is worth the money.

I strongly recommend avoiding this service. I used VisaFi while trying to apply for a UK ETA. The website gave me the impression that I was dealing with an official UK ETA service. I only realised it was a third-party service after $191.25 was charged to my card — far more than I expected. I immediately stopped the application and did not provide the additional passport information required to complete it. I contacted the company requesting cancellation and a refund. I then disputed the transaction through Revolut and provided supporting evidence. Revolut decided the dispute in my favour and I recovered the full amount. I subsequently applied through the official UK government service and paid only around €25 for my ETA. Be aware that I have found the same website content operating under more than one URL. I therefore recommend being particularly careful when searching online for a UK ETA service. Use the official UK government service directly. Based on my experience, I would stay well away from VisaFi.

Un sito truffa su cui si finisce per sbaglio cercando il sito ufficiale governativo. Peggio di altri siti simili, non avverte del sovraprezzo e mi hanno fatto autorizzare un pagamento di 169 Eur. Non si capisce bene come sia possibile perché mai viene indicato il costo, Alla fine dell' operazione l' unica ricevuta è quella di 20 sterline. Io li sto denunciando alla polizia postale

⭐ 1 star Very disappointing and, in my opinion, misleading business practices. The website advertised a price of £20 for a UK ETA, but I was ultimately charged €168.15. The additional costs were not made sufficiently clear before payment. I find this extremely misleading and would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this company. I would not recommend them.

TRUFFA! NON UTILIZZATE QUESTO SITO Ho tentato di richiedere due visti UK, al prezzo di 40£, dopo aver inserito i dati della carta e aver confermato il pagamento mi è stato addebitata una cifra di circa 350€. Fortunatamente la banca ha rifiutato in automatico il pagamento in quanto sospetto e bloccato la carta.

Ce sont des voleurs, ce site est frauduleux. Votre carte est prélevée mais vous ne verrez jamais vos visas
