Website and marketing material was misleading, making me think that it was a government website. I didn't realize until after the charges that it would cost almost 3 times as much to renew my passport as doing it on my own. I went ahead, for the convenience. They seemed very responsive at first. However, even a month and a half after submitting my paperwork they could only tell me that it was "in the queue" to be "submitted to the DOJ". That wqas upsetting, since their selling point was that things would be done quicker. When I inquired further, complaining about the lack of information and and the slowness, they responded with a refund of my payment and no further explanation.

They are scammers for people getting online passport application. These services are free and they charge exorbitant amount to fill out a form. Make sure you are logged in to the right government website.

I applied visa paying $167 on April 2026, called,inquired, n followed up a lot of times, after 4 months informed me my picture no good n tell me to set up appointment at a passport office or acceptance facility,apply myself with more payment .

The gov assist/ entry LLC is a total scam I believe I was misled to believe that it was a legitimate website for passport renal. As for refund and now, they only wanna give me 50 bucks back from a 198. other 130 They said it's unrefundable, contacted my bank right away, and they're gonna do a full refund, but I'm wary of my information that I put on there. So, security number and email I did change my bank card

DECEITFUL. AVOID. For passport renewal, purposefully misleads by advertising and "charging" the same price as the base government charge (as of this writing $130). Designed to confuse and mislead. In fact, their process COMPLICATES passport renewal.

Beware of GovAssist / Entry.com! I Googled “passport renewal” and was directed to a site that looked like an official U.S. government website. I only realized it was third-party after paying $226—nearly 3x the government fee. My 16-year-old wasn’t even eligible for online renewal, yet they charged us for a service we never requested and they couldn’t provide. Now they offer only a 30% refund. The website also appears to have changed from GovAssist.com to Entry.com. Very misleading and completely unacceptable. Consumers beware!

Another victim of this SCAM operation, unfortunately. How is it even possible that no one can stop this from continuing to happen??? The only people who are seeing these reviews are the ones that were victimized themselves and came here to post!
