Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful well built tool with a very nice case , I’m just missing a 12mm bit, I did however get three 10mm 🤣 I’m certain this will be correct asap as they’ve been making tools since 1962, that in it self tells of the quality. Update, the bit was sent the following day, top shelf customer service. I’m looking through the catalog now lol.

Once the order was made it was processed quickly and I had an email with confirmation of a delivery date. The tool I ordered is perfect and works flawlessly. Could not ask for a better tool.

This is a very nicely made machine. The fit, finish and function is excellent. I had purchased a "similar looking" machine on Amazon that I fought with every time I used it. The Virutex machine on the other hand, worked perfectly right out of the box.

Great customer service helped me find what I needed. shipped as available, good time.

Shipping cost excessive at $72.00 with product warehoused in Kissimmee and delivered to my home in Palm Coast, two hours away. Delivery date missed. Packing within the tool inadequate as Velcro strap holding doweller broke and contents bounced around in case. Product fortunately not damaged and quality very good Instruction manual minimal with only pictures showing operation and setup. I expected a $500 tool to have instructions better than an IKEA footstool.
