Virtual Staging Experience
I have been using AI for my Real Estate business for the past 9 months, focusing on the downsizing market. With many homes unfurnished after decluttering, I tried several virtual staging services but found them costly. This Virtual Staging company was a pleasant change. The program is easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and the ability to regenerate staging to suit different rooms. However, the room selection is limited, and I wish I could stage all types of rooms. Adding features to pick, move, and place furniture would enhance consistency, especially for staging identical empty rooms. I chose the 150 pictures per month package but am unsure of its value without furniture consistency across different angles. It would also be beneficial to carry over unused credits. Overall, it is a promising service with room for improvement. I also include a disclosure in my listing since I'm unsure how the public and regulators will see AI Staging technology.

Ease of use
Ease of use and fairly good options. Would like to see more room configurations such as living room/dining room combo and the ability to move furniture as sometimes the furniture overran the room. Would also like to be able to flip the furniture to a different wall and choose bed sizes (including cribs).

The pricing model is weird but it is a good product. I wish there was more variety with the dining area tables. There's not enough standard designs for average priced houses

Unfortunately this staging did not work…
Unfortunately this staging did not work for our needs. It was editing flooring and finishes on listing photos. We purchased it on a Thursday and tried to cancel on Monday but so far the bot is telling us we cannot cancel or get a refund. Also there is no way to stage cohesively with the same pieces from different angles. I am hoping I can get a refund, as I paid for an entire year and will not be able to use this service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I recently subscribed to Virtual Staging AI's image editing service, and I must say that it has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online platform. This company's practices are deceptive, and their service is utterly disappointing.
Firstly, their subscription plan is incredibly misleading. I signed up for a plan that supposedly allowed me to edit 6 photos. However, I quickly discovered that simply attempting to edit an image, regardless of whether I downloaded or used the edited version, resulted in a deduction from my plan. This is a blatant misrepresentation of their service, and it's clear that they are more interested in exploiting customers than providing a genuinely useful product.
Moreover, the quality of the edited images is laughable. The company's advertising promises stunning, professional-grade results, but what I received was far from that. The edited pictures were subpar, and in some cases, worse than the original images. It's evident that their AI technology is not nearly as advanced or effective as they claim.
To add insult to injury, when I attempted to request a refund, I was met with resistance and ignorance. The company seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction or addressing legitimate grievances.
