I have over $160M in real estate sales in my career, and this is one of the best tools I've found so far. It's been a great system! A few improvements would be: -ability to stage an outdoor area, like a deck or a pool area. -ability to stage a game room -ability to keep a furnishing package you like but rotate it in the room

I've used this tool on a number of properties with existing tenants, where taking actual photos wouldn't work. So we got original photos of the properties when they were vacant to style virtually and the results are amazing. We signed up last week and have styled 4 properties so far with amazing results. I'm based in Melbourne, Australia.

This company did an amazingly fast job of virtually staging images during the free trial and they were good. Unfortunately, after paying for a 1 year subscription, the results were less that adequate. In fact they are poor 95% of the time with creepy images of peoples heads, distorted images, etc. Great in concept but poor delivery. Their "refund policy" only gives you 7 days for refund or less than 10 images submitted, One listing Trial rendered this refund policy useless. "You are eligible for a full refund if: You cancel your subscription within seven days of the initial purchase. You have used fewer than 10 input images to test and generate renders with our service. You request a refund within seven days of your initial purchase." I highly recommend you reconsider purchasing this service as they have a long way to go to provide professional virtual staging. Also, multiple attempts to Chat with them "24 hours per day" went unanswered indefinitely.

Just trying out so it's a new experience but really interesting. I believe original pictures should be taken with virtual staging in mind in order to get good results.

Terrible, they don’t answer their emails. I requested to cancel my account and never got a response. When I went back onto the website they had a pop up that said 20% off and I pressed exit but it instantly charged me a yearly fee of over $270.00 when I sent emails I got no response.

It's so easy to use and let's you compare so many options. My only negative is that in a few pics it put beds in front of closets or couches against sliders but you have so many choices and styles It's fine. The hardest thing about using it will be deciding which layouts to use because they all look so good. Thank you for this tool it definitely improved my listings and for a very reasonable price.
