What made me give V/S a rating of 5 has very little to do with the product
What made me give V/S a rating of 5 has very little to do with the product, but a certain individual I deal with whenever I encounter problems with this product. He's knowledgeable about the field & product, respectful in every way & is truely customer orienated. As for the product, I would give it a rating of 2.5.
