Tom's excellent customer service, patience and great guidance
I want to thank Tom for his excellent customer service, patience and great guidance in helping me with the Virtual Shield VPN program. He has had to tolerate a person who's first computer was the IBM PC back in 1981. Computers have become MUCH more sophisticated and are way ahead of my low frustration level. When something would happen that caused a question about Virtual Shield and/or its operation, Tom would patiently help me understand what was happening and provide the detailed steps that it would take to get things fixed. Compared to "other companies tech service" I rank Tom and Virtual Shield at the top of them all.
