Virtual EmployeeReviews of virtualemployee.com

I contacted a number of VA companies in different countries, shopping around and getting quotes. Virtual employee.com were the first to get back to me and Saaurabh Sethi had already advised on the process, fees and answered all of my questions and sent me profiles before any of the other companies had even gotten started answering my queries. Amazing! The entire inquiry, signup and onboarding process has been easy and the team have been so awesome to work with. Dev Saha, my VA's team leader, has been awesome, helping with technical issues on the first day and checking in with me regularly on my VA's performance and my happiness with their service. (I am very happy!) My VA, Sombit Roy Chowdhury, has been incredible. I had originally wanted to hire a VA for 1 specific set of ongoing tasks, but quickly learned that Sombit can do so much more and in his second week he is helping me with complex projects that I have not had time to get to for months and after 2 weeks, I now have a long list of projects that I can handover to him over the next while to handle. It has been 2 weeks now and it has been such a great experience. I wish I had found these guys and signed up with them years ago.

We have been working with VE for four months and have been immensely satisfied with our experience so far. We have several VE employees and they are all exceptional. I work closely with Disha and Meghna and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Both Disha and Meghna always embody excellence with their attention to detail, positive attitude and enthusiasm. They're an asset to the team and we're so lucky to have them onboard.

We've been working with Pritha Roy part-time for the past few months, and she has been a helpful and reliable support across a variety of areas. From assisting with billing and HR tasks to handling administrative work like document uploads and data organization, Pritha has contributed to many aspects of our day-to-day operations. There have been some natural growing pains as we’ve adjusted to working together, but Pritha has consistently shown a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Her flexibility and positive attitude have made her a valuable part of our extended team.

Lovely working with Virtual Employee. My experience working with Sumit Kr. Singh and Joyshree Roy was great - would/hope to work with them again when the need arises

My engagement with Virtual Employees was professional and respectful, and has continued throughout our contractual period. My professional needs were considered when a selection of resources was introduced for an interview. I worked very well with the resource I selected. She was open-minded and willing to adjust to my needs. Her technical and financial skills were very well suited to my needs. I recommend Virtual Assistant, and the resource I worked with highly.

Very promising n reliable

Working with Pushpita Dey and her manager, Sumit Kumar Singh has been nothing short of excellent. Pushpita stood out from day one with her high-quality work and exceptional professionalism. As a data entry clerk, her speed and accuracy were remarkable—she consistently delivered clean, error-free data, often ahead of schedule. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she took real pride in getting things right the first time. Pushpita worked with me and my team for one year. Pushpita is a fast learner and a true self-starter. She quickly picked up new tools and workflows with minimal guidance, and always took the initiative to improve processes and support the team. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit made her an invaluable asset. Her manager, Sumit Kumar Singh, was equally impressive—always responsive and approachable. When we needed additional software to support our work, he made it happen without delay. His leadership created a reliable and efficient environment where everyone could do their best work. Pushpita and Sumit are a rare find. I highly recommend them both.

VE have been excellent, their value for money and the attention to detail is brilliant. Highly recommend any small business that needs support administratively or with tech/web development. Biraj has been excellent with us so far, and looking forward to working with him further.
