The company doesn't vet the candidates, I ended up wasting over 2h of my time interviewing so called "senior" and "qualified" accountants with "8+ years of experience" just to find out they do not know the basics of accounting like double-entry and bank reconciliation. But this is not the worst part of this process, after two failed candidates Sayani & Rhishab asked to arrange further interviews with new candidates, quoting "more vetted candidates" and this time the candidate(s) were DISTRIBUTED with my questions I've asked at the first failed interviews and they had written answers in front of them. I have asked candidates to go deeper on "their" responses, and could tell they had no idea what they just responded, as it was a prep written for ALL of my questions. Scammers and time wasters. Not only they do not vet candidates, but they make them fake the responses so they get hired.

Avoid this company like the plague! First, you discuss the fees with them, and after you spend time interviewing and finalizing a candidate, they suddenly hit you with a significant annual fee increase that was never mentioned. Once you sign, they surprise you again by informing you that the resource is going on leave! Just pulling your legs!! You can’t speak to your DEDICATED resource on the phone or WhatsApp because that has a different cost!! And they never tell you that when you sign up or earlier. I was forced to use Slack to communicate with my dedicated resource, and even then, you’ll be lucky if they respond at all. The resource is extremely slow, offline most of the time, and sends update emails with task lists simply copied and pasted from previous days. It took the resource 20 days just to attempt to post a ready-made blog post that we had already provided! My resource was a digital marketing specialist who didn't know how to setup basic tracking, took her a month to review 2 web pages for SEO, and 2 months for a few social media posts. When I complained that they needed to fix the communication issues and replace the resource or cancel, they chose to cancel the agreement instead. This company is a complete waste of your time, business, and money!

The developer assigned to our project was friendly but clearly unqualified. Instead of building the app, they spent months figuring out how to code on our dime. Bugs and major issues piled up, yet problems were rarely acknowledged and never resolved in a timely way. After wasting significant time and money, we were left with nothing even close to a usable product. Their guarantees of expertise and oversight were empty words. Bottom line: Don’t be fooled by the sales pitch. If you need real talent and real results, look elsewhere.

We are a company specialized in Saas for fashion drop-shipping, we started working with Virtual employee June 2024, we wanted to insert one senior developer in our team, we wanted to go even one step further to make sure the resource is inserted properly and hired their tech lead for a month to insert this resource properly in our team. For Five months we gave this resource one task to design a new order Api flow, which took over 400 hours for her to finish and at the end, she launched it in the most critical week of the year for our business Black Friday week, with a lot of errors and caused a lot of mess in our dashboard. Not only were the hours inflated, but also the resource was very defensive and did not take accountability of her errors, management was absent to address this, overall we felt very deluded by this, not only is this company forcing you to take part time or full time staff with no tracking of their hours like on other platforms like upwork or other agencies, but also you are supposed to pay for their annual leave and holidays even though they are not full time with you. Five years of experience working with freelancer, I would not recommend this agency. I would recommend any stock up or company to hire people on upwork where you can (make hourly contract with proper time tracking with screen capture, or milestones escrow payments after task completed) this will guarantee you your rights in case something goes wrong.

very bad service. They show cheap resource first, bill you, then say that resource doesnt want to work. Give you a new resource at higher rate, then when they bill that extra amount they will say that resource is also now taken, and they keep repeating this game to get more and more money.

Negligent & incompetent. Stay away

Do not trust them they are very disorganized, also will never refund the deposit or stay to what the "contract" says, i have had over 8 months of experience with them and it becomes worse and worse

The account manager were unclear and I have advised them if I was not satisfied with the service then he did not have a clear answer, whereas when I have insisted, then I have been told that no refund will take place. I have asked them cancel the meeting and I was really surprised by the account manager's response as he was rude at my email. Everyone always read the small font and ask for as much as information and don't let them fake you
