Based on his performance and reliability, we would definitely work with Bhavya again and highly recommend him for similar roles in digital marketing and campaign management.

Wonderful experience with the entierty of the team. From the first contact with Puneet Kanda, our Client Account Manager, and Shobhit Shulka, our Tech lead, we've immediatly been accompanied trough the whole process of picking the best candidates for our needs. Every request was carefully listened, and many Resources proposed to satisfy our needs! And the resource were always fit for the roles, giving a shout out to our Frontend and Backend Resources Anmol and Ravi! Very valuable partnership indeed.

We are a company specialized in Saas for fashion drop-shipping, we started working with Virtual employee June 2024, we wanted to insert one senior developer in our team, we wanted to go even one step further to make sure the resource is inserted properly and hired their tech lead for a month to insert this resource properly in our team. For Five months we gave this resource one task to design a new order Api flow, which took over 400 hours for her to finish and at the end, she launched it in the most critical week of the year for our business Black Friday week, with a lot of errors and caused a lot of mess in our dashboard. Not only were the hours inflated, but also the resource was very defensive and did not take accountability of her errors, management was absent to address this, overall we felt very deluded by this, not only is this company forcing you to take part time or full time staff with no tracking of their hours like on other platforms like upwork or other agencies, but also you are supposed to pay for their annual leave and holidays even though they are not full time with you. Five years of experience working with freelancer, I would not recommend this agency. I would recommend any stock up or company to hire people on upwork where you can (make hourly contract with proper time tracking with screen capture, or milestones escrow payments after task completed) this will guarantee you your rights in case something goes wrong.

Virtual were exceptionall easy and professional to deal with. They constantly sought any feedback and and any adjustments required were quickly activated. My direct contact, Bibhuti, was very attentive to the tasks given and made instant changes when required.

I had a great experience with Virtual Employee (operating with the trade name TeckValley), and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people looking for a virtual assistant / employee. I found them to be extremely professional, prompt, friendly, and to have staff who are educated and very reliable. I worked with two different women over the course of several months to get a new newsletter up and running and to do a bunch of formatting work for self-published books. Both women I worked with were excellent communicators and picked up the tasks very quickly. The contracts were clear, the prices were fair, and they have flexible models to accommodate lots of different types of engagements.

I've had the opportunity to work with Swarnava Chakraborty as my Virtual Assistant, and he has truly been a game-changer for my business. After trying out five other VAs from various companies, I can confidently say that none of them matched Swarnava's level of professionalism, dedication, and efficiency. From handling emails and managing daily tasks to making cold calls and preparing detailed bids, Swarnava has taken on every task with precision and care. His attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle data entry seamlessly has lightened my workload tremendously. He also excels in communication, keeping me updated and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What sets Swarnava apart is his ability to understand the needs of my business and deliver results consistently. His commitment to ensuring my success is evident in the quality of his work. If you're looking for a VA who can help streamline your operations and truly take initiative, I highly recommend Swarnava Chakraborty. Thank you for being an invaluable asset to my team!
