virtualemdr.comReviews of virtualemdr.com

Echoing what other reviewers here and elsewhere have said about this company’s covert billing practices. I used the service a few times but was charged for 14 months at the highest rate without ever receiving a receipt for charges or a renewal notification. They also claim to be the ‘#1 online EMDR program’ and ‘the world’s #1 EMDR provider’ but were unable to provide any substantiation for those statements when asked. Buyer beware. UPDATE: After posting this review, the company contacted me and asked if I would change or remove my review in exchange for money. Trying to influence a consumer review with a financial offer is unethical, and consumers should be aware this happened.

AutoRenewal without notice nor refund. I tried the service less than 10 times probably and paid them for a full year for that. To my surprise, when I reached out to get a refund after getting the notification of autorenewal for another year, they referred me to their terms of service. These are greedy people, who hide behind these technicalities, to take money away from actual human in need of help. It's just wrong, very wrong. And you Jeff Tejcek, Founder, and all those unscrupulous hypocrites should be ASHAMED. EDIT after Jeff's reply: Yes, I did email you, as described before. Yes, I'm not using my real name, because you guys are not trustworthy. Finally, you don't address my main point and refute that your policy is as I said, or as your customer service rep claimed. More smoke and mirrors.
