Took forever to ship, customer service is awful. First they said they lost my package and they were sending a new one, took them more than a week to get that organized. From my initial order to the date I received the package, it took one month and 2 weeks. When I got the package, it didn't even have batteries included. When I got my OWN batteries, which I should include amazon LEDs include, I found out the blue tones don't even work on my lights. The owner left me on read and didn't even bother replying to my inquiry regarding the broken product. Just buy it on amazon.

Asked for a refund months ago after waiting over a month to get the lights, getting a US plug LED power adaptor thing instead of EU (Lithuania), having to go out and buy a socket adaptor, finding out that the whole LED adaptor doesn’t even work. Wrote a request asking for a refund on their own contact us page, attached a video even showcasing the issues. Never heard back. Don’t buy.

Really disapointed with their customer service.... I ordered a wall and ceiling bundle and I received two sets of wall lights. I was frustrated because there is no way to hang the wall lights up as ceiling lights as there are not hooks on both ends. I contacted customer service with this issue and they were completely useless. They told me that both products are the same and are thus interchargable even thought they are not. They even contracdicted themselves a couples times because they told me the ceiling lights should have hooks on both ends. When i tried to ask more questions, they shooed me off by sending me a link on how to install my wall lights EVEN THOUgh i needed ceiling lights. I dont know why they thought that would be helpful. After all this i decided fine and i modified the product so it would work the way i needed it too. AFTER all this... the lights dont even work!!!! now im trying again to get in touch with customer service so i can atleast get working lights but I have not had a response in a couple days. Im really tired of this and I just want my lights. Keep that in mind when purchasing.

1 month went by and no tracking or confrimation email was sent. Commented and messaged all social platforms and finally got a tracking number. Another month went buy and product arrived broken. Definitely a scam!! Do not recommend! They all sent product as I commented and threatened to take them down.
