Avoid any dealings with them
Ordered astro alan at the beginning of December 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. Still waiting for it to be delivered , they have taken payment but have failed to provide the goods. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this firm as they just don't seem to care about any kind of customer service.

Sent my order to a parcel locker…
Sent my order to a parcel locker instead of my address although I requested it for my address. I called the representative who was of no help and asked me to contact local post office. Don’t offer delivery if you cannot deliver to customer address.

Absolute scam and no refund
Absolute scam and no way to get any type of refund. I’m sure the good reviews are either really old, when the company actually did make lights, or are paid. I spent $50 on this crap company.

Scam
Never got a confirmation email or a reply from customer service to solve this. They asked me for the confirmation number but nowhere to find it without a confirmation email. They never replied back afterwards. Stay away from this site.

I wouldn't buy here again.
I wouldn't buy here again. Ordered LED lighting more than a month ago. The tracking code doesn't work and we never received anything.

got ripped off -- poor quality
took for ever to arrive. It arrived in cheap packaging. teh quality was horrible it looked like a McDonald free toys (thin plastics and very light) I paid about $50 The resolution and intensity and range of the lights were extremely poor. My light siting in my storage. it was so bad it is on the verge of fraud and should be reported to attorney general and or BBB.

Fast delivery my a**
Fast delivery my a** customer service is a joke if I had known how long this delivery would take I would’ve mailed it some place else this was supposed to be a housewarming present but it never showed up. I ended up getting the exact same thing at target but for half the price. Don’t waste your money on this place I hope this website gets shut down for false advertisement.
