Viral . Hogg are a great company to send your videos to . They keep you upto date on how your video is doing and stop other people using it illegally. Also the money the make you is always sent to you as promised on the same date each month ... I highly recommend them

I love the relationship, I wish the user interface was a little better and transparent regarding revenue share

Hi Dan - While we have always been transparent, we have greatly improved our Dashboard since 2017 when you made your review, based largely upon feedback like yours. Thank you for being a wonderful customer through the years!

ViralHog licenses one of my videos and has been great to work with - across the board!

I wish I could give this company a zero star but I can't. They basically encouraged me to sign up to allow MY own content to be distributed and they initially agreed an advance payment. They GUARANTEED this payment and didn't say it was dependent on any factor. All well and good, I signed up and agreed to the terms, signed all the documents online. All cool. Then, I had the original "Researcher" (more like just another salesman who made me a "lucrative offer"), after MANY emails asking him for the advance payment, turn around and say that they cannot pay me due to exclusivity issues! Apparently, the due diligence that they do is ask you "is this video used by another company?" But they fail to mention that no advance will be paid should it be used by another company and they simply try and sign you up really quick and make money off your content. Needless to say, it seems that this organisation cannot afford a very small advance for its licensors ($125, come on!) and so is willing to end all relationships by cancelling the contract. Poor way of doing business considering I was honest in my application stating the organisation which had used my content.

Sorry to hear you had a negative experience, and we understand your frustration! We take pride in our customer service and we trust our clients. Our team asks videographers if they have given permission to other companies because such permissions can be worth a lot of money and we need to account for that when making our offer. It's important that clients disclose accurately from the beginning. You initially stated no permissions were given, but when you later corrected this, it greatly devalued your video and we decided to release it to give you the freedom to license with another company. Please contact our office if you'd like to discuss this further.
