Hello Zaid Gebreslase, Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew, you can cancel future auto-renewals by using the menu on our site, navigating to Home > Billing. Viral launch has the same refund policies as it’s competitors, following any cancelation you maintain access through the remainder of the billing period and once the payment is process subscriptions are non-refundable. Viral Launch sends to email communications to its subscribers before renewing and charging for their subscription. Emails are sent 31 days and seven days before subscription renewal and an additional email will be sent after the renewal has been successful. With this being said, we have made an exception to our policy and we have refunded you per your request. An email was sent to you after the refund was processes. Here at Viral Launch we take Customer Service very seriously and we hope that we can improve our relationship with you and help you on your Amazon Journey in the future. Hello Jose, Viral launch sends to email communications to its subscribers before renewing and charging for their subscription. Emails will be sent 31 days and seven days before subscription renewal. An additional email will be sent after the renewal has been successful. We were unable to verify you subscription with Viral Launch from the information you provided through Trustpilot.
