I would recommend Viral Launch to anyone looking to sell on Amazon. VL gives me insight on market and competitor data that allows me to make informed decisions. Instead of just blindly selling and hoping something works.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Blown away by the photos. I was expecting quality but what was delivered is on Another Level. The way the pictures tell a story is great, Customer Service was also another great part of this experience. They recommend a honest suggestion which ended up SAVING us MONEY by the end of the transaction. Highly recommend and cannot wait to work with this company again.

There is a few things that need to be worked out but that is expected with launches. Viral-launch did end up making it right with me so I will give them that, make sure you contact them and really let them know where your product is and what category it is in so you don't have any issues launching with them. Thank you for the treatment and maybe in the future we can try this again.

Hello Jack, Our launch promotions work well for most products, but unfortunately, it is not a one-size fits all platform. Often times there can be difficulty generating the sales required for products like yours that are in the supplement category. If you ever have an interest in scheduling another launch promotion in the future, we suggest reaching out to our team of coaches at [email protected]. Our coaches have access to historical launch data that allows them to help sellers avoid these situations. Thank you

The Market Intelligence Tool and regularly updating information on Amazon and EC are very helpful. However, what I appreciate the most with Viral Launch is the advisory services, which is much more than normal Customer Services. Advisors are willing to help to improve the listing. Advise and suggestions are great, the response is given very fast. And it's free!!! The only unsatisfactory thing is that many of services are limited to the US market and I am not selling in the US, unfortunately. I hope that services will be expended to other marketplaces soon. .

Very bad results from their keyword research and ad copy products. I had to redo all of the work that I paid them to do. $500 down the tubes.

Sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your listing optimization. Our team of copywriters conducts extensive keyword research to ensure that the highest priority keywords are integrated into your new listing content. While a well-optimized listing is crucial, it isn't the only thing needed to gain sales. If your new listing was implemented without any visibility there would likely not be a significant increase in sales. It is important to us that we can be a part of your success on Amazon. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns by emailing [email protected]. We would be happy to provide clarification and strategies to improve the performance of your listing.

The VL team is on top of the Amazon marketplace and they build products that help me make smart business decisions base on real time data and strategies that work.
