Shipment was received without any…

Shipment was received without any jewelry inside the box, and they even shipped the empty box to the wrong address, said they had surveillance of the merchandise being packaged at their facility which we were later informed by Vahan the CEO that that information wasn’t true, they sent them with the wrong customer as they claim. After dealing with the seller, and American Express I was luckily able to save my $1,516 from these scammers. You can find cheaper CVD lab diamonds on other more reputable sources just off searching your specifications for the jewelry you want on google for hundreds less. Never expected this kind of unprofessional service from a BBB accredited business… very shady.

First of all, congratulations to us on receiving our very first 1-star review in 7 years! :) Now, here’s the truth behind the situation: The correct package was shipped the very next day, and we provided a new FedEx tracking number for the earrings. However, the day after shipping, the customer filed a chargeback through their credit card company for a full refund, which essentially cancels the order. Our team acted quickly and successfully recalled the package from FedEx before delivery. Despite this, the customer later contacted us asking for the earrings. We politely explained that filing a chargeback cancels the order. We believe it’s only fair to either receive the product or the refund — not both. Unfortunately, since then, multiple negative reviews have appeared from different accounts that seem intended to harm our reputation. We remain committed to honest business practices and the high level of service we’ve provided to thousands of satisfied customers over the years. Thank you for reading and understanding.
